Ryne is an American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) associate member. He has passed the National Home Inspector Exam (NHIE), is American Home Inspector Training (AHIT) certified, and holds a licence as a Radon Measurement Professional in the state of Colorado.

He also has years of experience in the construction world prior to home inspecting. He knows what it takes to build a house the RIGHT way from the ground up because he has done it!

When he is not inspecting houses he skis, bikes, and boats in the Arkansas River Valley with his wife and two kids.
